  I came back here after about 6 years expecting to eat some dive food and have a beer. What I got was a packed house and some of the best fried fare I've had in this part of ohio. Whatever they've done here in the past half decade, it's working. If you get a chance to stop at the white bear, please treat yourself

  The food was amazing. Burgers were huge, beers were huge. Best fries ever. The ONLY downside is that the staff is kind of awkward. We walked in and had no idea where to sit or stand. Nobody directed us. We finally saw an open table and just sat down. All in all, I can't wait to go back, especially to try out the new patio out back!

  Best fish sandwiches in the county and atmosphere is down home and relaxed. Whenever I get back to the Ohio Valley I make it a point to drop by.
